McCloud High School

letter: "Mr. Fox's mother, Ann Dolman Fox, graduated from McCloud H.S. in 1928, and then went to Chico

Normal School (now California State University at Chico) and graduated in early 1932. She obtained her

teaching credential and then taught for several years at Yreka High School. During that time she lived with

a family named "Ackerman", who owned the pharmacy in Yreka. She left Yreka in 1937, taught for two years

in Chowchilla, married, resumed teaching in 1948 at Half Moon Bay High School, retiring in 1972."
